The City of Killeen Animal Services wanted to create a PSA to participate in Animal Care and Control Appreciation Week. They gathered statistics about the rising cat population, so that we could illustrate the urgency of spaying and neutering pets, and motivate citizens to do the right thing.
This video was awarded first place under the Animal Services category at the annual Texas Association of Telecommunication Officers and Advisors (TATOA) conference.
