The goal for this project was to educate the customer about an important update for depositing checks on the mobile banking app. Using the an older video as an outline, and working with the copywriter to update the script, we emphasized the new disclosure that users would see upon starting the mobile check deposit process.
This tutorial gained over 30,000 views in just a few months compared to the older tutorials that only had a couple hundred views over the last few years on the bank's Youtube channel.
