The City of Killeen Parks and Recreation department decided to go forward with the 2020 Fall Festival. In order for the event to stay safe during the pandemic, and keep it fun, they wanted to hold the event at different locations throughout the city. This would also help promote the variety of services and activities citizens didn't know they had available.
